Alluring Angel won at first asking at Saratoga, taking a 5 ½-furlong turf sprint maiden race for 2-year-olds on Aug. 4, 2022. She nearly followed up with another win in her second outing, which came in the $500,000 Ainsworth Untapable Stakes at Kentucky Downs on Sept. 13. She recovered from a bad start in that 6 ½-furlong turf race but ultimately settled for second, just missing by a nose. Alluring Angel returned to New York for trainer Jorge Abreu to make her third career start in the Grade 2 Miss Grillo Stakes at Belmont at the Big A on Oct. 1.

Alluring Angel was bred in Great Britain by the sire Fastnet Rock out of the mare All of Me, by Teofilo. She is related to French Two Thousand Guineas winner Landseer and to Group 2 winner I Can Fly.
