Enforceable

Enforceable took four tries to break his maiden, doing so in August 2019 at Saratoga. He then trained up to the Claiborne Breeders' Futurity at Keeneland where he finished third, beaten only a half-length for the runner-up spot.

In his next race, Enforceable finished fourth in the Grade 2 Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes Nov. 30 at Churchill Downs.

Enforceable made his 3-year-old debut Jan. 18 at Fair Grounds in the Grade 3 Lecomte Stakes. He rallied powerfully from the outside in the stretch and powered clear to a 1 1/2-length victory to bank 10 points on the Road to the Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve. He rallied to finish second in the first division of the Risen Star Stakes Presented by Lamarque Ford Feb. 15 at Fair Grounds to bank an additional 20 points. Enforceable subsequently ran fifth in the Grade 2 Twinspires.com Louisiana Derby in March and then fourth in the Grade 2 Toyota Blue Grass Stakes July 11 at Keeneland.

Enforceable earned the first graded stakes placing of his 4-year-old season in the Grade 2 New Orleans Classic at Fair Grounds on Mar. 20, 2021. He made a strong rally up the inside to finish third behind Chess Chief and Owendale. 

Enforceable is a son of Tapit out of the mare Justwhistledixie, making him a full brother (same sire and dam) to multiple graded stakes winner Mohaymen and graded stakes winner Kingly as well as a half-brother (same dam, different sire) to Breeders' Cup Juvenile winner New Year's Day.
