Moon Swag made her career debut on Aug. 26, 2020, in a maiden special weight at the Downs at Albuquerque. As the 1.30-1 favorite, the Malibu Moon filly rated off the early leaders and kicked away in the stretch for a solid 1 1/2-length win.
In her next start, Moon Swag won her first stakes race. With a bold seven-wide big turning for home, she wolfed down her competition and won the Manzano Stakes at Albuquerque on Sept. 19.
