Tell Your Daddy, a Scat Daddy gelding, won his seventh career start at Keeneland in October 2019 and raced primarily in the allowance optional claiming ranks through his 3-year-old season in 2020 and into 2021, with a couple of stakes appearances.
He was claimed after finishing fourth in an allowance optional claiming race at Fair Grounds in January 2021 by owner-trainer Tom Morley and was moved to Morley’s base in New York and elevated to stakes company.

The gelding finished fourth, third, seventh, and second in his next four starts, all in stakes, and ran especially well when runner-up to Flavius in the Fasig-Tipton Lure Stakes at Saratoga in July. In his next start, Tell Your Daddy broke through with a gate-to-wire win in the Grade 2 Bernard Baruch Handicap at Saratoga on Sept. 6, scoring by a half-length under John Velazquez.
Tell Your Daddy is out of the stakes-winning Rockport Harbor mare Harbingerofthings.
