NBC Sports will provide extensive coverage of the 149th Preakness Stakes Saturday from Baltimore’s Pimlico Race Course. The broadcast begins on CNBC with the Preakness undercard from 1:30-4:30 p.m. ET before shifting to NBC from 4:30-7:30 p.m. ET. Post time for the 1 3/16-mile Preakness, the middle jewel of the Triple Crown, is set for 7:01 p.m. ET.

NBC Sports’ Mike Tirico is no stranger to sports fans, whether it is from his time at the helm of ESPN’s “SportsCenter,” which was ubiquitous in every sports conversation in the 1990s, to his current role where he can be found leading Peacock’s coverage of the National Football League, Olympics, golf, and more.
