Today's Flavor won his maiden race as a 4-year-old on Nov. 27, 2022 in a 6 1/2-furlong dirt sprint at Aqueduct, and from there proceeded to four wins in a row at Aqueduct in a streak that continued through April 30, 2023 when he won the $100,000 Affirmed Success Stakes over a sloppy track. Today's Flavor later showed his versatility when winning a six-furlong turf sprint in his career grass debut in an Aqueduct allowance race on Sept. 22.

Today's Flavor won the $200,000 Belmont Turf Sprint on Oct. 7 in a race that was taken off the turf in a heavy rainstorm and moved to six furlongs on a sloppy main track at Aqueduct.
Today's Flavor is trained by George Weaver. He was bred in New York by the sire Laoban out of the mare Evangelical by Speightstown.
