Amidst a slew of Breeders’ Cup “Win and You’re In” races this upcoming weekend in New York, California, and France, the $400,000, Grade 3 Lukas Classic Stakes Saturday afternoon at Churchill Downs will carve out its own slice of attention based on the presence of one contender: Knicks Go.

Saturday’s feature race at Belmont Park is the $500,000 Grade 1 Woodward Stakes. After more than a decade at Saratoga, the Woodward returns to Belmont, where it was a staple of the fall meet for decades.
