Tested next by hall of Fame trainer Bill Mott on the road to the 2023 Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve in the Grade 3 Sam F. Davis Stakes at Tampa Bay Downs, he finished fourth behind winner Litigate in his first start in a stakes race.
