Gambling Girl earned a spot in the starting gate for the 2023 Longines Kentucky Oaks by earning points in three qualifying prep races during 2022-2023. The New York-bred daughter of Dialed In, owned by Repole Stable, won two races restricted to state-breds as a 2-year-old, including a stakes. Starting in December 2022, the filly began racing against open company in stakes races.

She followed with the best race of her career to that point when she closed for second in the $1.25-million Longines Kentucky Oaks, the most important U.S. race for 3-year-old fillies, on May 5 at Churchill Downs.
Gambling Girl is out of the Empire Maker mare Tulipmania and is from the family of multiple Grade 1 winner and $2.4 million earner Take Charge Lady.
