Gibberish broke her maiden at Gulfstream Park on May 25, 2020, in a one-mile maiden race on the dirt. The Lea filly challenged for the early lead and then took charge and drew away from the others for an emphatic seven-length win under Emisael Jaramillo.
After two allowance wins in Florida, trainer Saffie Joseph Jr sent Gibberish to Delta Downs in Louisiana for the Treasure Chest Stakes on Nov. 27. She won that race gate-to-wire by a length for her first stakes victory. Ry Eikleberry had the winning mount.

Gibberish stayed in stakes company during 2021, and finished second twice (including in the Grade 2 Delaware Handicap on July 10), fourth twice, and sixth once through her first five starts. On Nov. 6 at Belmont Park, she broke through with a convincing 3 ¾-length win in the Grade 3 Turnback the Alarm Handicap, sitting just off the pace through the far turn and drawing clear late under Dylan Davis.
Gibberish sold for $230,000 at the Keeneland November Sale in 2017.
