Govenor’s Party stalked the pace from third in a Jan. 29, 2021, allowance race at Golden Gate Fields en route to a half-length win. He made his second start as a 3-year-old in the El Camino Real Derby Feb. 13 at Golden Gate Fields and rallied willingly from sixth to finish third at 119.70-1 odds.
