During her first two seasons of racing at ages 3 and 4 in Europe, Highfield Princess established her credentials as a talented filly by compiling a record of seven wins, four seconds, and four thirds over 21 starts in 2020 and 2021. During that span, she won a stakes race in England and finished in the top three twice in British group stakes.

Highfield Princess enjoyed a breakout season in 2022, winning the Group 2 1895 Duke of York Clipper Logistics Stakes in May and then the Group 1 Arc Prix Maurice de Gheest by three-quarters of a length in August at Deauville to establish herself as an elite European sprinter. She followed with open-length victories in the Group 1 Coolmore Nunthorpe Stakes and Group 1 Flying Five Stakes in August and September, respectively.
The 5-year-old Night of Thunder mare is a half-sister (same dam, different sire) to group stakes winner Cardsharp.
