Mi Hermano Ramon made one start during his 2-year-old season, and he made it a winning one, breaking his maiden at first asking on Dec. 4, 2022, at Del Mar. He then won his first start as a 3-year-old when taking an allowance optional claiming race at Santa Anita on Jan. 27, 2023, in his second career start. Later that spring Mi Hermano Ramon became a stakes winner when he scored in the Singletary Stakes at Santa Anita on May 7.
