Nashwa dueled for the lead in the early stages of the Group 1 Prix de Diane Longines (French Oaks), put away Agave with about a furlong left to race, and then battled gamely to hold off the late charge of La Parisienne and prevail by a neck in the French classic for 3-year-old fillies June 19, 2022, at Chantilly. She subsequently added a win in the Group 1 Qatar Nassau Stakes at Goodwood before finishing second by three-quarters of a length on soft ground in the Group 1 Prix de l'Opera Longines on Oct. 2
