The Platinum Queen made a nice first impression with a one-length debut victory June 1, 2022, in a five-eighths of a mile sprint at Ripon and went on to prevail in three of her first four starts as a 2-year-old in England. Her lone defeat in her first four races was an unplaced finish at Royal Ascot in the Group 2 Queen Mary Stakes.

She then finished second by a nose in the Group 2 Coral Flying Childers Stakes before an eye-opening win against older horses in the Prix de l'Abbaye de Longchamp Longines Oct. 2 at Longchamp.
