Wicked Django won his maiden race in his fourth career outing as a 3-year-old on Nov. 19, 2023 at Woodbine. He scored his second victory in a Woodbine allowance claiming race as a 4-year-old on June 2, 2024. He then went up against stakes competition and held his own in races like the Grade 3 Dominion Day Stakes with a third-place finish, and the Grade 2 Seagram Cup Stakes with another third-place finish.

Sent off as the longest shot on the board in a field of eight, Wicked Django rallied from near the rear, circled the field, and got up in the stretch to win by 1 1/4 lengths.
Wicked Django was bred in Ontario, Canada by the sire Wicked Strong out of the mare Belcarres by Flatter.
