Legend of Time (GB)

Legend of Time began his career in Great Britain as a 2-year-old and won his career debut at Haydock on Sept. 7, 2023. He was sent to Dubai to kick off his 3-year-old season in 2024 and won three races in a row at Meydan Racecourse including the Jumeirah Guineas Trial, the Jumeirah Guineas Stakes and the Jumeirah Classic Stakes.

Legend of Time was brought to the United States and finished fifth in his first attempt on this side of the pond in the Grade 2 American Turf Stakes at Churchill Downs on May 4, 2024. Legend of Time returned to winning form in his second stateside start on May 25, however, when he won the Grade 2 $200,000 Pennine Ridge Stakes going 1 1/8 miles on the grass at Belmont at the Big A (Aqueduct), overcoming traffic to top of a field of six 3-year-old turf hopefuls by a head.

Legend of Time is trained by Charlie Appleby for Godolphin. He was bred in Great Britain by the sire Sea the Stars out of the mare Kissable by Danehill Dancer.
