Hronis Racing is the racing operation of brothers Kosta and Pete Hronis, whose Hronis Inc. is a family farm in California's San Joaquin Valley. THe Hronis brothers first got into racehorse ownership in 2010 and soon found success with multiple graded stakes winner Lady of Shamrock, who finished fifth in the 2012 Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf.

The Hronis Racing success reached new heights in 2015 when their filly Stellar Wind won the Grade 1 Santa Anita Oaks and three other graded stakes races, finished second in the Breeders' Cup Distaff and was named champion 3-year-old filly. Other notable horses owned by Hronis include multiple Grade 1 winner Iotapa, Talco, Hard Aces, Elektrum and Vagabond Shoes.
In 2018, Hronis Racing had an even better year, led by their star handicap horse Accelerate. The Sadler-trained horse won four Grade 1 stakes in California and then shipped to Churchill Downs and won the $6 million Breeders’ Cup Classic on Nov. 3.
Other standout Hronis runners in 2018 were graded stakes winners Catalina Cruiser, Yuvetsi, and Gift Box. Hronis Racing received the Eclipse Award as Outstanding Owner for their stellar season.
