Speedway Stable won a pair of Grade 1 races in 2015 with talented turf mare Hard Not to Like and added another graded stakes winner in 2016 with Collected, who won the Sham Stakes and Lexington Stakes. Collected developed to become one of the top Thoroughbreds in training during 2017, winning that year's TVG Pacific Classic and finishing second in the Breeders' Cup Classic. In 2019, Speedway Stable's colt Roadster emerged on the Kentucky Derby trail with a win in the Santa Anita Derby.

Speedway Stable is the nom de course of Peter and Ann Fluor and K.C. Weiner. Peter Fluor is the director of Fluor, one of the world's largest engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and maintenance companies. He is also the Chairman of the Board at Texas Crude Energy Inc., where K. C. Weiner is the President. Fluor and Weiner’s fathers were partners in racehorse ownership together, so the pair decided to pick up the torch with great success.
