March to the Arch, a Live Oak Plantation homebred son of Arch, won his second career start in a 7 ½-furlong turf race at Gulfstream Park in February 2018. He nearly missed winning a stakes race in his next start, and then won one of his next three starts before tallying his first stakes win at Woodbine in July.

He nearly missed winning a stakes race in his next start, and then won one of his next three starts before tallying his first stakes win at Woodbine in July.
The Mark Casse trainee then competed in five consecutive stakes races over the next year, winning a listed stakes at Tampa Bay Downs in early 2019. He finished fifth in the Grade 1 Old Forester Turf Classic in May at Churchill Downs, but that set him up for a career-best performance in his next start. With Tyler Gaffalione in the irons, March to the Arch rallied strongly through the Churchill Downs stretch to edge longshot All Right by a neck in the Grade 2 Wise Dan Stakes on June 15. March to the Arch went off-form after that, finishing unplaced in four starts to finish 2019.
March to the Arch got back on the winning track with a victory in the 2020 Sunshine Millions Turf in January. After two third-place finishes in Grade 3 stakes, the gelding finished toward the back of the pack in the Shoemaker Mile and the Wise Dan Stakes. He found his way back to the winner's circle in the Grade 2 King Edward Stakes at Woodbine in August. March to the Arch followed with a runner-up finish in the Grade 1 Ricoh Woodbine Mile Stakes Sept. 19 at Woodbine.
March to the Arch made his 2021 debut on July 7, with a third-place finish in the Grade 3 Dominion Day Stakes at Woodbine. He won the Niagara Stakes on July 25 by 4 1/2 lengths, then was third in the Grade 2 King Edward Stakes on Aug. 15 as the favorite after encountering some traffic trouble.
